3315 documents were added to the Library today bringing the total number of documents to 114,642. For a full listing of todays updates click here.

Fleet Papers by John Pavey. Written for the Clergy and Aristocracy regarding the insecurity of life and the authors views on the best mode of restoring Peace.
The Floricultural Cabinet and Florists Magazine conducted by Joseph Harrison the Gardener at Wortley Hall.

The British Merchant Service

This brings the total documents in the Library to 114,642 with the total number of pages at 3,979,172 and the total number of Bookmarks now standing at 549,300.

8563 documents were added to the Library today bringing the total number of documents to 111,327. We’ve also removed 2179 redundant documents. With the new additions and the removed documents the library is now more fluid and refined, providing more targeted results and a more enjoyable read and reference source.

We’re pleased to announce that the Ultrapedia Library now boasts over 100,000 documents, after adding 2550 new documents to the Library today. For a full listing of todays updates click here.

Featured in todays updates are: Americanized Delsarte Culture, The Art of Silk Culture, Art and Progress – Volume 3 – 1911, Clamet’s Great Dictionary of the Holy Bible, The Moral Instructor and additional issues of The Southwestern Reporter

All books with dual columns layouts are accented with a thumbnail coloured purple, while books with single colum layouts remain neutral in colour.

This brings the total documents in the Library to 101,344 with the total number of pages at 3,881,617, and the total number of Bookmarks now standing at 532,543

Library Updates

Today we added 4398 new documents to the Ultrapedia Library For a full list click here.

Included are titles such as The American Journal of Archeology featuring the Mausoleum at Halicarnasus, A Beginners History of Philosophy by Herbert Ernest Cushman covering The Systematic Period, The Excavations at Pataliputra (Patna) by L A Waddell, The English Illustrated Magazine featuring Modern Portraiture and The First Rent – Part II A Detective Story Gone Wrong by Herbert K Daniels as well as many volumes of The Southwestern Reporter – a publication containing all the then currrent decisions of the Supreme Courts of the south western states of the USA.

This brings the total documents in the Library to 82,180, with the total number of pages at 3,615,780 increasing the Bookmarks by 8723 – from 484,670 to 493,393.

Ultrapedia Library Updates

August 27, 2009

Today we added 8837 new documents to the library.

Included are titles such as Western Barbary by Drummond-Hay, Travels in South Eastern Asia by Howard Malcolm, The Incidents of Malay Life by Richard James Wilkinson, The Industrial Transition in Japan by Yeijiro Ono.

This now brings the total documents in the Library to 77, 782, with the total number of pages at 3,569,508 and after some refinement to the Bookmarks they now stand at 484,670.

We are giving the traditional Ultrapedia website interface a facelift, with new and more interesting ways to navigate, discover and explore history through the Ultrapedia Library.  We’ve set a test system up for you to try – you can try it out by clicking here.

As an example take a look at our Music and Moods page, were there is a feature on the brilliant German compser J S Bach,  with links to books in the library on the composer, and music and video links to some of his compositions.
